Res Pharma Industriale and Sharon Laboratories announces an Acquisition Agreement
Trezzo Sull’Adda 3-03-2022 – Res Pharma Industriale, chemical company specialized in research, innovation and production of personal care ingredients and wet wipes solutions, announces that has signed a definitive agreement for its acquisition by Sharon Laboratories, Ltd. (Ashdod, Israel), a leading global innovator and manufacturer of preservative solutions for cosmetics and personal care markets.
The whole RPI’s technology, R&D, manufacturing, commercial developments and customer services capabilities will be completely integrated into Perrsonal care business of Sharon Laboratories during March of 2022.
Agostino Facchini, founder and president of Res Pharma Industriale is optimistic about the potential for the new organization. “RES Pharma Industriale is a well-established company with strong roots, which has continued to grow and develop over the years. I’m convinced Sharon Laboratories is the best partner to take RES Pharma Industriale into the next stage. This is more than a transaction, I see it as two families coming together.”
According to Naama Eylon, General Manager of Sharon Laboratories, a broader, more diverse portfolio of cosmetic ingredients beyond preservation will further strengthens Sharon’s global reach and position, as a leading specialty solution provider to the cosmetics industry.
