We have a new sustainable look

An important change has recently been introduced regarding the packaging of some of our ingredients. This change is part of our strategy and efforts to
minimize our impact on the environment.
All Resplanta PhytoNat are now packed in 25 litres all-HDPE drums with green lid.
Moving from a multi-component to a one-component drums we would like to promote a minor energy consumption during production of packaging. All-HDPE drums are lighter than metal drums, hence saving energy during
transportation.
These new drums can be recycled more easily, since they are made of only one material. They are also more resistant than the old ones and they do not corrode.
We are now working on towards replacing this packaging in all Resplantas.
Changes in sample packaging.
Sample packaging includes PETG jars and HDPE bottles. All of them are
branded with our company colours and logo.
No impact on the quality of the product is expected due to this change. The
products will be in contact with the same primary material (HDPE – PP -PETG) as used in the previous packaging.
The quality, specification, manufacturing process and the compliance with
cosmetic and chemical regulations (REACH, and international regulations, such as China, Australia, Canada) remain unchanged.
New packaging for active ingredients.
A more functional and convenient packaging has also been introduced for our active ingredients.
Liquid active ingredients are now packed in white all-HDPE bottles with padded caps. These bottles can be recycled easily and their production uses less energy.
They guarantee no leakage of product which makes them more functional and safe.
Solid and semi-solid active ingredients are now packed in 5l. PP round base buckets with padded caps.
They are stackable and can be reused.
Same type of bucket ( 30 liter capacity ) is used also for Emulpharma 15.
